“Corporate capture” is a phenomenon where private industry uses its political influence to take control of the decision-making apparatus of the state, such as regulatory agencies, government & special interest quangos, law enforcement entities, and legislatures.
The objective of Concerned Citizens Advisory Assemblies are to address this situation by assisting dissident opinions and experts to express and communicate their concerns to the public, councillors and regional / local government.
Councils became corporations in the early 1970's as a requirement for the U.K. to join the European Union. The degree of corporatization has since increased to levels where corporation interests aligned with global agendas usurp the interests and wellbeing of regional citizens.
This poses a serious threat to society.
Where a group of concerned citizens with and informed by, expert dissident insights present a case to a regional assembly of concerned citizens.
The assembly after scrutiny of the subject matter then vote to advocate and support a motion to formally advise the public sector, councillors and citizens across the region about the threat and issues raised.
Where regional assembly members nominate 13 wise elders, with a wide and varied life experience, to serve as a wise 'jury of peers'.
The 'jury of peers' may hear issues being brought to them by assembly members about how citizens are mistreated or are in unlawful conflict with corporations and / or the legislature.
The assembly of 13, informed by principles of natural law, may offer guidance towards healthy, peaceful resolution and call for community action.
As babies we are born with 'god given' rights that are in alignment with nature. It is our birth right to have free will and not to be violated. Such principles include do no harm, cause no loss, act in honour, call out wrongdoing and untruths. As sovereign citizens we have a right to be independent, dissenting voices.
Natural law has always existed and was first formally codified in Britain in the 1215 Magna Carta. Natural law is foundational and cannot be superseded or over-ridden by man-made, 'corporation' laws, legislation and control systems.
As an assembly we advocate for the foundational principles of natural / common law.
